About this website
This website provides information about my work, including developmental partnerships, learning experiences, facilitation, consultancy, collaborative work, writing and other educational and developmental content.
The nature and availability of services may change over time.
Nature and scope of my work
The services offered through With Georgina Williams are developmental and educational in nature and may include developmental partnerships, learning experiences, facilitation, consultancy and collaborative project work.
I am a Social Work England registered social worker. My professional background, registration and associated professional standards inform the ethical principles and professional values I bring to my work.
However, services provided through With Georgina Williams are not provided as statutory or commissioned social-work services, therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, medical or psychiatric care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, crisis intervention or emergency support.
Engaging with With Georgina Williams does not in itself create a social worker–service user, therapist–client or healthcare practitioner–patient relationship.
Further information about the nature and boundaries of my work can be found in my Scope of Practice & Disclaimer.
Using this website
You may use this website for your own lawful personal or professional purposes.
You must not knowingly misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, use it unlawfully, or use its content in a way that infringes my rights or the rights of another person.
Services and agreements
Different services may be subject to additional terms or agreements.
One-to-one developmental partnerships are subject to a Developmental Partnership Agreement setting out the nature of the relationship, responsibilities, confidentiality, payment, cancellations and other arrangements.
Consultancy, facilitation and collaborative work may be subject to a separate proposal, statement of work or consultancy/collaboration agreement.
Courses, programmes, workshops and other learning experiences may be subject to specific enrolment or participant terms.
Where additional terms apply, these will be made available before you enter into the relevant agreement or make a purchase.
Purchases and payment
Services, developmental partnerships, programmes, courses and other learning experiences may be available to purchase through this website.
Before making a purchase, you will be provided with relevant information about the offer, including the price, what is included and any significant conditions that apply.
Payments made through the website will be processed using the payment facilities or third-party payment provider made available at the time.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements vary according to the type of service or product being purchased.
Where specific arrangements apply, these will be made clear before you purchase or enter into the relevant agreement.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to restrict any statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where you request that a service or digital content begins during a statutory cancellation period, additional terms and consents may apply and these will be explained before delivery begins.
Digital programmes and learning content
Where self-paced programmes, courses or other digital content are available for purchase, the relevant offer will explain what is included, the price, how access is provided and any applicable access period.
Where you request immediate access to digital content during a statutory cancellation period, you may be required to expressly consent to supply beginning immediately and acknowledge the effect this may have on your statutory right to cancel.
This does not affect statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet applicable legal requirements.
Purchasing access to learning materials does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property or give permission to reproduce, distribute, teach, sell or commercially exploit those materials unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original content on this website — including written material, frameworks, programme concepts, learning resources, graphics and other original materials — belongs to Georgina Williams or is used with appropriate permission.
You may view and refer to publicly available website content for your own personal use.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, teach, adapt for commercial use or otherwise commercially exploit my original materials without prior written permission.
Nothing in these terms prevents normal sharing of links to publicly available pages or content.
Information and outcomes
I take reasonable care in creating the information and services offered through With Georgina Williams. However, personal and professional development is individual and no particular result or outcome can be guaranteed.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, choices and actions arising from your use of this website or participation in my work.
Nothing on this website should be relied upon as medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
Third-party services and links
This website may contain links to, or make use of, services provided by third parties.
I am not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or services of independent third-party websites or providers.
Where you choose to engage directly with another practitioner, organisation or provider, your relationship with them is subject to their own terms and arrangements.
Website availability
I aim to keep this website and its content available and accurate, but cannot guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or that every piece of information will always be error-free or up to date.
I may update, change or remove website content where reasonably necessary.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
To the extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance upon general educational or informational content on this website where that content was not provided as individual professional advice.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Privacy
Your use of this website may involve the collection and processing of personal information.
Please see my Privacy Notice for information about what I collect, why I use it and your data-protection rights.
Changes to these terms
I may update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, for example to reflect changes to my services, website or applicable law.
The latest version will be published on this website with the date it was last updated.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights or materially alter an existing agreement where doing so would be unlawful or unfair.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
