How I Work

Whether i’m working one-to-one, developing learning programmes, facilitating groups, or collaborating to bring an idea to life - my work looks through three interconnected lenses.

01 Insight
02 Capacity
03 Change

I meet people where they are, working with rather than against, what is already there.

The shape of the work is responsive - its scale, strategy and creative expression is guided by the people, purpose and context.

I choose work that carries meaningful intention and integrity. Work that seeks to leave people, communities or the world better for having happened.

My role is to bring what I know, notice and understand into relationship with what others bring - offering perspective, creating the conditions for greater awareness, and opening new possibilities for change.

I work alongside people as collaborators, to shape what we create and what becomes possible.

01 Insight

What’s happening?

Change starts with seeing more clearly. By looking closely at what’s happening - within us, between us and around us, we can recognise themes, question assumptions, discover perspectives, and see opportunities that weren’t visible before.

02 Capacity

What will it take?

Insight helps us to see. Capacity is what enables us to respond differently.

This may ask us to expand our knowledge or skills, develop new ways of thinking, relating or working, or strengthen our capacity to stay with the unfamiliar rather than returning to what we know.

Where the work calls for different forms of support, I work with trusted collaborators who bring expertise across different dimensions of growth and transformation.

03 Change

What becomes possible?

Change emerges when insight and capacity meet the conditions to practice something new.

Together, these elements open possibilities for more responsive ways of living, working and relating to develop and strengthen over time.
